New Video Leaks Hyatt's Plans for Iron Chef Morimoto at West Hollywood Hotel
"LA Loves Morimoto" video says come to LA, Iron Chef, but donít get in bed with Hyatt!

LOS ANGELES – In a new video released today, LA food lovers tell Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, please come to LA, but not for a deal with the Hyatt.

The Hyatt Andaz in West Hollywood has reported it is in contract talks with the world-renowned chef to revitalize the hotel’s RH restaurant. But in a new video, Hyatt workers and supporters ask Morimoto to think twice about getting into bed with a company like Hyatt.

Hyatt workers’ injury rates are high, their wages are low, and immigrant women are exploited by Hyatt’s housekeeping subcontractors. Hyatt workers and supporters do not believe these practices reflect the ideals of honor and tradition that Iron Chef Morimoto lives by.

Hyatt hotel workers are fighting for safe, fair conditions throughout the Hyatt Hotel chain. Thousands of people have pledged to boycott
Hyatt to put a stop to Hyatt's abuse and exploitation of hotel workers. Undoubtedly, Iron Chef Morimoto would stand with the Hyatt hotel workers if he were aware of the abuse Hyatt workers endure.

"I’d love to work under a masterful chef like Mr. Morimoto, but Hyatt hurts its workers. It’s not a good place for an Iron Chef," said Rigoberto Boj, a cook at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles. “Please come to LA, Morimoto, but don’t get in bed with the
Hyatt."
